Yes after seven weeks the good times have come to an end and home I must go. What better way to say goodbye than to call out Helicopteros Sanitarios for an injection in the tuchas, as I can’t move and the pain killers were not kicking in.   At least when they wheel me onto the plane I will not be looking green as I do have a lovely colour. Lets look on the bright side. Adios Marbecky, adios Sangria, adios cafe con leche, adios Zara in the Port, yes even in pain I can let you all know that Spainish Zara is Sooooooo much better than the British one.

Hasta Oy Vueygo x

I have been trying all summer to go back to La Moraga, Dani Garcia’s up market tapas restaurant in Puerto Banus - So, as there has been a mass tourist exodus today (yes, the summer is nearly sadly over, but WE STILL have a few more days YIPPEE ), We got there early and managed to secure a table - I wish we hadn’t, because guess what?  My black cod tasted fishy.  When I sent it back, the chef actually agreed that the dish was fit for the dustbin, and not my dinner.  OY YOY YOY, Am I going to be sick? I only had a bite, well two bites - one that tasted funny, and two to check that the first did actually taste funny, and it did. I was quite appalled that they still charged us for the meal. Now, I am afraid, very afraid, do I have a case of ‘The Black Cod?’ Well fishy food poisoning can be fatal, on a Princess Positive note once struck down - if you surivive, when you recover, those skinny jeans will never have looked so good.

Now all I can think about is dodgy black cod, even shopping in Uterque could not take my mind off it (check out his fabulous store, an upmarket Zara).  I am going to bed armed with a plastic bowl and a pair of rubber gloves.

Just had dinner at 10pm in Marbella in Orange Square at a restaurant called, “Orange Tree”. It is so hot here that you need to go out late in order for it to be slightly cooler. I hear they are having a heatwave here this week. I shouldn’t complain as the weather back home in the UK is supposed to be terrible, rain, rain and more rain. It was such fun eating out, watching the world go by. I even bumped into a few old friends, it was like being at home, as my local pub is called the Orange Tree, but there wasn’t a spot of rain in sight!
